WEDDING VIDEOS

BOOKING & PAYMENT

Once a wedding video has been requested, and a date and package agreed, an invoice with terms & conditions are emailed to the client. A deposit of half the invoiced balance is due upfront (£250 of which is non-refundable if you cancel). The remaining half is due no later than 14 days before the wedding. Bookings will not be secure until the deposit is received in cleared funds, by bank transfer or cheque. Payment of deposit acts as signature and agreement to T&Cs. A booking confirmation and receipt is emailed to the client on payment of the deposit. A 2nd receipt is emailed on payment of the remaining balance.

PREPRODUCTION

Once a wedding video has been booked, preproduction begins immediately. An ongoing dialogue is set up with the client via phone or email, covering all the details and creative decisions. One meeting in-person can also be arranged.

PRODUCTION

On the day(s) of the wedding, I will arrive at the location at the agreed time and begin filming. Throughout the day, I will be as discreet and unobtrusive as possible. All video is shot in 1080p Full HD with up to 3 broadcast-standard cameras (1 operator). 24-bit quality sound will be captured with professional microphones. Additional lighting can be used if required.

DELIVERY

The wedding video will be delivered to the client online within 6 weeks of filming. The client will receive a Digital HD Download (1080p,mp4 file).

The short highlights film will be posted on the Vantage Video Facebook page after the main video has been dispatched. The link will be emailed to the client once it's uploaded, and the client can then share the video from the page. The original file can also be downloaded from Vantage Video's Vimeo page.
